By using this site the payor agrees to all the following terms.

The payor agrees:

1. To pay ComTrans the total transport cost by Credit Card immediately.
2. That all administrative, legal, and other applicable fees related to collection of this debt are the responsibility of the Payor.
3. All unpaid balances in excess of (30) days shall bear interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually).
4. That payment is the sole responsibility of the Payor; and this agreement supersedes any and all other agreements.

Should this transport be aborted (through no fault of ComTrans), a pro-rata portion of the transport cost may be charged based on location where the transport was aborted and expenses incurred.

By using this online payment system, I authorize ComTrans to charge the credit card, entered on this site, to the terms outlined above. This payment authorization is for the goods/services provided by ComTrans and is valid for one time use only. This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company.
